TSD fuel card check your bank drafts.

Just got back from my summer trip. After reviewing all my fuel charges I was charged over $25 for def that I did not purchase. Open roads is looking into how that happened. My Ram only holds 5 gallons and it says I bought 6 gallons. Since none of these truck pumps give receipts at pump I took pictures of all my purchases. Having these fuel cards drawing from your bank u cannot stop and dispute a charge. I bought six jugs of def before my trip in July since they were predicting a summer truck stop shortage.

I have noticed that when I use my TSD (any) card at a truck stop that it turns on two fuel pumps (both sides of my truck) and a def pump. Perhaps someone used the DEF pump that was activated with your card while you were fueling? ~CA

No, the def pump is on the drivers side diesel pump. I know one thing next time I fuel I am gonna take the def nozzle and see if it pumps on the last persons purchase of diesel.

Kudos to Open Roads and TSD fuel card. Got my DEF refund today. My truck DEF tank would have been bone dry and then overflowed a bit to take that amount. No clue how the charge took place but they investigated and found something.
