Un-hitched one last time

After 44 yrs, 50 states (49 for the boss, AK & HI by boat) all of Canada except Northwest territory and Newfoundland we're selling our PINNACLE. Decided to let our dealer take it on consignment, they can offer financing and that way the new owner will not have any issues getting service if needed. We put a Park Model on our FL lot (official residence) about 8 miles from WDW and we are spending our summers in IL where 2 of 3 kids live, other one is in Denver.

Not done traveling, it will either be fly, drive or cruise from here on in.

RVing has been fun, but as you all know life changes.

Hope you all get to travel as much and see as much as we did. This is one great beautiful and diverse country.

Happy and safe travels to all of the great JOF members.

Grumpy....

What? No more hitching up? Now you really have a reason to be Grumpy!

Happy trails, however they present themselves...

I hope to see your 'smiling' avatar back here frequently.

BTW, we are buying our first ever WDW annual pass early 2018 and will be there with our kids and g-kids a couple of times in 2018. Also BTW, last week I helped our youngest and his family move from AZ to IL. So, maybe we'll be able to get together in IL or WDW some time next year.

Happy and safe travels to you.

Congrats but I have to admit that I am Jealous of your location to WDW. We are contemplating a place in the St. Augustine area in the next couple of years. Just need to pull the trigger.

Thank you for all of your great contributions. On more than one occasion I have searched for answers provided by you. As Norty asked, please check in, at least once in a while. Now that you are not driving you will have a lot of time to help out the rest of us. Have fun with the kids...you'd better or they might buy you another RV.

Only lost one small piece of plastic trim, the whole park survived with very minor damage. We're in Peoria near DD and DS is in Downer's Grove about a 2 hr jaunt.

Congrats on the new move Grumpy. Be sure and stick around. Your wealth of information has been invaluable. My sister and her husband lived in Downer's Grove for about 30 years. He was the athletic director for University of Illinois, Circle Campus.
