I have a 23j (hybrid), my set up bounces so bad that I don't run them at hight pressure. I usually have about 45 lbs of pressure in them when they are cold.

TT at max of 80 PSI
TV Rear at max of 80 PSI per manual
TV Front at 65 PSI (80 is max) per manual

All measured cold with digital TP gauge. TT tires are measured and adjusted at least once each trip, and the truck has TPMS, so adjusted as necessary, and checked before towing or during oil change when I rotate them.

Trailer manual says to run them at max PSI, that's 50 for my trailer tires.

There is something wrong somewhere. It shouldn't bounce because they are at max psi, in fact the manual says to run them at max. Low pressure is one of the biggest causes for tire failure.

You should spend some time finding out what's going on.
