What does everyone use to clean the under side of there awning? And what is the easiest way you can accomplish this task?

I use a weak bleach solution and wet the entire awning. Roll it up. Wash the rest of the camper. In about an hour I extend the awning again. Rinse both sides. Looks good when done.

For my vinyl awning, I scrub the loose dirt off top an bottom with a soft brush. Spray a mild bleach solution over the top awning surface...roll the awning up....let sit about 5 -10 minutes...unroll and rinse. Scrub stubborn areas with soft brush.....rinse awning and camper thoroughly. Wash the camper and treat the awning vinyl.
Good Luck

If you add some DAWN dishwashing detergent with the bleach water it even works better.

I use the same soap as \I do on the trailer. Rinse the awning, wash with soap, roll it up till the rest of the trailer is washed then unroll and rinse, any stubborn spots get brushed. End of the year is a mild bleach wash.

x3..... I did this and it got off the toughest mildew stains!
BTW, I might also add to wear some old clothes as the bleach will get on you.

I sprayed RollOff on underside and rolled up. Couple hours later I used soft brush on long pole to scrub. Looks good.

I have used Tilex tub and tile cleaner. I think that's the name of the stuff.

Spray on bleach and brush with a long handle brush.
