Why didn't the dealer notice it before they sold it to you??? If it wasn't bent when they took delivery then it had to happen on their lot and it is on their dime and not a warranty issue. So they may be dragging their feet.
First thing you need to do is contact JAYCO to be sure they received the order. It has been known to happen that the dealer says they ordered something when they haven't. Also JAYCO has been known to misplace the order, but for some unknown reason the dealer doesn't follow up.
Secondly JAYCO doesn't stock parts since they arrive about the time a unit going to be built and they will not remove a door from production. Everything has to come from their suppliers so they can't ship it until they get it.
