Waiting - Two days until first trip of the year

The waiting is killing me. I am already thinking about taking off from work early on Saturday so we can leave earlier. Headed to San Diego (Santee Lakes and Campland). Anyone else going stir crazy about the wait for your trips this year?

Only ones NOT going crazy are the ones already out there camping.

This weekend - boondocking at the beach (New Brighton near Capitola, CA); low 70s in the day/40s at night. We can RV/camp year-around, but in the cold or rain ... it wasn't a joy with the tent-trailer. Getting away is SO much more comfortable since we got the TT last Oct ~ we've been out 1-2 times/month. This time DH is installing a 12v TV and wireless DVD so when the temp drops, it should be real be cozy!

One of my favorites. We will be just down the beach at Seacliff for a week at the end of the month. We were lucky enough to get hookups.

I love Campland on the Bay, they run a nice camp, I've been there three or four times in the past, we like to kayak in Mission bay, I hope you have fun!
