Warranty mobile tech question

Well my Norcold is no longer cooling properly. Freezer 28 and fridge 40 set at 9 on gas or electric. E mailed Jayco and got a reply back late Friday. E mail said to call Norcold for tech support with included number. Well of course they were closed Friday evening and have to wait till Monday morning. They know I am living in my unit.
I thought I would get a response to find a mobile tech and Jayco would pay for a service call since I am under two year warranty.

You need to call and ask about mobile tech, that way they will tell you if they have someone in your area that they work with.

Tks, first thing tomorrow I am calling. Found a RV repair center with Norcold authorized repair, with mobile tech service in Panama City beach, about 16 miles from Tyndall AFB.
I will see if Jayco will authorize them. I can hear the cooling fans running and just put a 110 fan on a stand to blow more air thru back of unit to see if that will help any.
