Warranty Period Complete: Thanks Jayco

We purchased a 23MRB two years ago and the warranty expired today. I've watched the forum (actually joined 6 months before we purchased the trailer) and have noted the many issues that owners have experienced. We are very appreciative of the quality in our MRB. Yes, some things could have been assembled better but overall, we have had a great two years of use. No major system failed.

I used to build homes and have to chuckle at some of the comments on the forum. When we travel, we hit major bumps in the road, rough roads, etc. and we expect that some things are going to need to be maintained and tightened. A "box" on wheels traveling about 60 miles an hour, bumps, vibrations, etc. Thanks Jayco for a great design and pretty good workmanship.

Also, can't say enough about our Service Write, Scott, at Manteca Trailer. He has answered every "newbie" question we had and has been very supportive on any inquiry we had.

I have two warranty items to handle this winter but they are minor.. Outside receptacle doesn't work and a marker light is out. Other than that, it's been trouble free sans one water leaky water fitting I cut and crimped myself. My local dealer has shifted from all Jayco to appearantly all Shasta so hopefully he is still a Jayco authorized dealer/service center. I'll find out next week when I call to schedule service!

We are very happy with our 2017 Jay Feather 23rlsw. Only had 2 small issues in 2 years and dealer fixed them quickly.

Well, we were blessed as our WhiteHawk 33RSKS has had few to no issues. Some minor repairs but nothing major.
We got a "Wednesday" trailer and can't be happier! To copy a line from TravelingJW above; A "box" on wheels traveling about 60 miles an hour, bumps, vibrations, etc. is going to need simple consistent maintenance. Thanks Jayco for a great design and pretty good workmanship.

Also, should have added; I called Jayco CS with a wiring question and they sent me all the wiring diagrams as my warrantee was running out. That is good CS!

Glad to hear about your good experience with Jayco and your dealer. We made it through the first season of camping with only a few minor issues that I could deal with myself.

Ditto the house on wheels scenario. We've been on a few roads I was sure were going to shake something loose but the only casualty was a portion of an inside window frame which was glued back in place and hasn't been a problem since. So overall we're pleased with our Jayco experience.
