Warranty Question

I've had my second Eagle fifth-wheel for one year so still have one year left on the warranty. I continue to have a serious reoccurring problem that my dealer is bending over backward to try to fix. But, I am becoming increasingly concerned about the problem continuing to reoccur, after supposedly being fixed, and then occurring again after the warranty expires. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and how it was handled, or not handled, by Jayco after the warranty expired.

It will probably depend on the problem.

Again, I think it will depend on the SPECIFIC problem that you are having. JAYCO covers somethings after warranty, but there is no way to give you a definitive answer.

Document, document document. Make sure you document everything any way that you can. Names, dates, what was done, etc. Be sure to take photos.

We had a problem with our Dometic heat pump. The dealer replaced it with a new one. The new one didn't work right, so I contacted Dometic, explained the problem and they provided a third unit, which the dealer installed and is still working. I had all kinds of documentation.
