All RV manufactures have problems after delivery. Talk with your friends with RV's or strike up conversation about new trailer quality next time you are in a camp ground. The people that are the most upset with their units are the ones with the worst results from their repair shop. The RV dealers in our area have been doing a pretty good job with repairs. It makes everybody's RV a little better. I had a problem with a repair shop in AZ and called Jayco and told them I wasn't going to have that shop work on my unit. Jayco customer service said that is not a problem and arranged a different repair shop to do the service. It make me like the RV a little more. I do think all RV manufacture could do a lot better with their quality control.

I'm guessing Jayco would like to see what they are paying $95/hour for (warranty labor). That's really bad!
