Warranty work report

We picked the 5th yesterday, dropped off 21 Jan. there were 4 items on the list, most important was the front cap. The others were a broken light switch, broken shade and check venting of the fridge. The 9 week delay was due to the front cap. Apparently Jayco prints the decals to order. Looks great! Jayco stepped up for me and I'm passing on a tip of the hat to 'em.

Quahog, it used to be Nichols RV (when I bought) and is in Mesquite. It's now part of RV Max which has a few dealerships in NE TX. We chose to buy there and I was pleased with our outcome. The warranty visit matched my expectations perfectly ($0.00).

That's good to hear.I just got mine back after 2 months at Dealer and other than some little cosmetic fixes and resealing shower and fixing the heater, they repainted front cap due to paint blemishes.The sail switch for the heater took longer to come in than all other work they had to do
