Water port installation question

Trying to replace the water ports for the fresh water inlet.
On a 2017 Melbourne, but the process might be the same for other Jaycos.
The challenge is removing the old port. First, it's hard to access the threaded water line that's behind the panel in the water closet. But it's doable, I think.
Second, removing the old port is a challenge: Is there a tool that will pry the old water port from the panel. I'm stymied at this point of the process.
While what I've written my be hard to understand if you've not replaced the port, it might be clear if you have replaced a port.
Thank you.

I do not have a Melbourne, but it maybe very similar to other campers. A picture of what you have may be very helpful as there is a few different styles.

I agree, a photo might be beneficial.
I remain a technological caveman, however, and don't know how to post photos.
I believe I know what to do to remove the worn-out port. But I also wonder if there is a method others have used that make it easier to do.
Thank you.
