Water pressure

My 2003 Jayco Granite Ridge has good water pressure when initially hooked up. City water pressure is good. But water pressure eventually decreases and it isn't city water pressure change. Do I have a valve that is deteriorating or something else?

Are you using a regulator? Some are known to cause flow restrictions. Do you have an in-line water filter? Those too can cause a flow drop off if restricted. Is the hose connection valve open fully, does it flow consistently without your hose hooked up?

It seems you have a restriction, it is just a matter of identifying it. Start at the water source and move in until you find where the pressure drops off when flowing water.

Are you using a filter? That happened to me once and I tracked it down to the blue Camco in-line filter which was on its last legs. It had settled and was clogged, and let very little water through. Pressure was good at first, but quickly reduced to a trickle. Removing it from the equation solved the problem.
