I just got my 2103 Eagle Premier and the water filter is located behind the water control panel on the left side. I have a little screwed on door I have to take off to get to. Mine is not to hard to get to.

Thanks everyone for the information. I found the filter behind the same panel as cruzinfools. Thanks for the tip on the fresh water maintenance too.

The filter on my Eagle was behind the utility center. Access was through a screw off cover and it was difficult to access. I replaced the whole house filter with an accumulator tank to improve the pump action. I use an outside sediment filter when hooking up or filling my tank. I also installed a separate drinking water filter under the sink with it's own water spigot mounted on the counter top. I use a KDF carbon filter which is bacteriostatic so it is good for intermittent use and lasts a year.
