Water Softner

We bought a Water Softner while in Elkhart at the Jayco Rally. Just returned from New Orleans what a difference. I use a pre filter then into the water softner. No more buying water for Coffee and Yogis water bowl. I pulled the pre filter element after a couple weeks use. Wow the filter was dirty big time so I think the system was worth the money.

I imagine that the soft water may help keep the black tank level indicators clean as well.

RvRev2 ...... I didn't think about the level indicators, but they seem to be less false readings. I have heard about using Calgon in the tanks to loosen up the junk. Well as I have read that the Best thing for holding tanks is Water. I have used some Bleach in all tanks with water for the winterising season. I do drain the tanks before winter.

Just my 2 cents
