Most of the graphics/decals on RV's are a vinyl material and contain UV inhibitors. The challenge is to maintain the UV protection so they don't fade or start decomposing.
I use 303 Aerospace Protectant on my Filon surface and decals with great results over the years. I've also heard that Meguiars #20 Liquid Polymer Sealant produces great protection and results as well.
A friend of mine who paints custom show cars once told me that most auto waxes won't harm RV graphics/decals, but the RV's with the textured aluminum siding can be a hassle cleaning the wax out of all the little surface impressions.
