We are a JAYCO dealer now YAY!

We did have a meeting a few weeks back that we are now a Jayco dealer. After weeks of "impatiently" waiting. I was very excited (and kind of surprised) when I seen our transporter dragging in a brand new "Starcraft" TT. OK so we do sell Jayco products indirectly under the Starcraft name. We sell the full Starcraft "AR-ONE" and "AR-ONE-MAXX" series.

I must say, these units are beautiful, and seem to be well built units. However, we only recieved 6 so far, and "every one" has been trouble with check outs. Every one has been frozen (since the factory has not winterized any of them). Every one has needed the bathroom door jamb cut down as the door has not shut. And 2 of them has had bad A/C units. ---- I really expected better quality control from Jayco.

Other than that. I am completely in love with the 6 we have.

I am stoked about this dealership now. We sell Heartland "mid range" fiberglass sided TTs (Wilderness). Heartland "low-to-mid range" aluminum side TTs (Trail Runner) --- Now Starcraft "mid range" aluminum sided TTs and Htts (AR ONE and AR ONE MAXX) --- High range Heartland 5ers (Big Horn) and "high range" Heartland toy haulers (Cyclone)
----and of course the best selling-most popular name in MH WINNEBAGO, the entire line.

Congrats on obtaining the Jayco line, it will be nice to hear the dealer side of the story which is unique here. When I first joined the forum we had a member who was a parts manager for a Jayco dealer and his unique insight was valued, at least to me. But there was a conflict with the then owners of this forum who owned an RV parts store, some sort of undisclosed dispute ensued and he stopped posting...Keep us informed about the Jaycos when they start rolling in!

Congrats and where are you located? I too am in the STL area and although I'm not looking for a camper (currently have a 2014 375BHFS) I may buy parts and accessories from you.

Congratulations on getting the Jayco Line!

I have found that the key to a happy owner of a new Jayco is having a responsible Dealer that will step up and do the right thing when/if the new owner has issues with his Jayco.
If you were in my area, I would be one of your customers, for sure!

Thank you all. "Linkbelt" you can be our customer. This is a very rare dealership that works on EVERYBODYS RV. Shoot we even work on cars. (We own an auto repair shop in the same building). We work on/sell busses and some repairs on semis. We do have the luxury of a Peterbilt dealer a mile away. We also do complete chassis and body work on RVs and cars. We even own 2 used car lots-one on either side of the RV complex.

Heartland and Newmar gave us a real nice start. I just cant wait till the Starcrafts start flyin off the shelf.
We started selling "new" Winnebagos in Sept. We delivered the 2nd Winnie on Saturday Jan 10. Looks real promising for Winnebago so far. I think Starcraft will deliver the same results (once word gets out).
