Went to RV show today

They had Heartlands there. It seems like the Heartlands were copying the Jayco 29RES. It didn't look to bad, but like the wife said the ledgestone really makes a differance. Looked at the quality and workmanship and to me it was close but no cigar. I guess when people [Jayco] is a leader in innovations then the rest of the industry has to get on the bad wagon. I traded a Heartland off on our jayco and the new ones are a lot better than the 2011 that we had. Later Ernie

My son bought a Caliber by Heart Land. It is currently in the shop waiting on parts. It is a 2011 and they have used it one weekend. It has been at the dealers from mid Sept until now and is still there.

He bought it instead of a Jayco because of all the things our Jayco had wrong. They both have a similar BH floorplan.

Going to an RV show can be dangerous, and expensive .

Actually it was real nice. Working for the dealer was my old boss from the military. Haven't seen him in 30 years. Wife also said that she doesn't want another trailer, the Jayco is the cats meow. Later Ernie
