What batteries are these? 12V?

I have two of these batteries on my 154bh and I'm not sure if they're 12 volts. They have a label that says 24 volts but I think that means the two of them together. placing a multimeter on it does nothing because they're dead. And no, I can't find a part number anywhere on them.

They are 12 volt batteries. The 24DC is the size style number.

A mult meter$12 to 20 $ at many places will tell you a lot. In this case set to DC 0 to 20 volts and test each battery. if one is lower or they are several voltages you probably have some going bod and dead. Thats a lot of weight in batteries on your tongue. Each one is only good for a safe max of maybe 40 amps so two much lighter 100 amp lithium's would give you much more available amps to use for less than half the weight. Do some reading here or on places like Renogy.com/learn before you buy either new lead batteries or lithium.

as I said I do have a multimeter and they measured with nothing on them. we don't go camping very often, but if I replace these I'm definitely going to think about the lithium ones. Thank you for the suggestion

You'll probably need to upgrade the converter to take full advantage of using lithium's.

I suspect they are not just uncharged but probably un-rechargeable. Pull one and take it to an auto store to see if it can be charged or is just toast.

You have to have on battery with some charge to safely operate your emergency brakes (required by law in most, all? states). And just a good idea even if you only camp with electricity normally.

Sorry, i read that about voltage but just slipped up. Do you get any voltage when plugged it? May be your charging circuit of the RV is not working, bad fuse, breaker, connection, ect.
