Really didn't want to drive around with a great big old COUGAR decal on our rv, so we got a Jayco.

Something "Everybody Loves" is non existent! Seriously, if you would walk away from a floor plan and deal that you truly love I say more power to you. To me a name is just a name. BTW, I manage a bus company called "Leprechaun Lines" we are 85 years in business 3rd gen family owned and no one has ever complained about our name... Here is our mascot on the side of every motorcoach.. The only thing that changed was years ago we removed his pipe!

I don't care what name they give it, I just hate those 80's murals they still put on the front caps on some models. It wouldn't stop me from buying a rig with the features/floor plans I want though.

This whole thread reminds me of the apocryphal Chevy Nova story.

But, no need to be negative.
The poster asked a question. I may not understand their motives. But then I don't have to.
They got their answers.

I've seen a few well-named Intruders; fortunately very few of them.

I'm happy and proud to own a nicely customized Jay Feather 16XRB, sounds innocuous, and indeed, I try to keep it that way.

Why do RV manufacturers like to use these as brand/model names? IMO, they should use names everybody loves, at least not meaning a bad way.

Like a floorplan that is available on dealer's lot, but dislike its model name. Can order a similar floorplan from factory, but have to wait for several months. What is your take?
I presume you're bored or trying to drive us all crazy??

If you find something everyone agrees on then you should run for office.

Who could not love EAGLE!

Maybe they should all be named Eagle?

A friend has his removed and put a custom made picture front and back.

Good Luck..

Exactly. It’s literally impossible to call an rv any word that some snowflake wouldn’t find offensive or racist.
