What is the black plastic hanger on the side?

I'm not talking about the grill hanger that is a metal strip on the door side of the Jayfeather I have but I'm asking about a black plastic or resin rectangular block with a groove across that is about midway up the door side of the camper. I've looked everywhere and I can't find an explanation of what this thing is what it's for. I'm sure someone knows. Thanks!

It's like Jay2504 said. The part that attaches to that block came with my trailer and attaches to the back of a flat screen television of your choice.

As noted, it's part of a TV mount

The mating half came in the "accessories" kit when the camper was new.
If you didn't buy it new, the PO may still have it...

If it is the TV mount. While at our local camping show this past winter, and a vendor was selling a number of other items that used that mount. I remember seeing a small trash can, and a shelf. They had a few other things too. Just do not recall what, or who the vendor was.
