What is this?
This was in my 2021 Precept Prestige. Can anyone help me identify what it is used for? Thanks

It appears to be a hand crank but for what I have no idea.

Maybe a roller for a sliding door? The plastic piece looks like a wheel (or a handle like Akru suggests).

In a prior regular RV I had a roller mounted to the top corner of my outside door so it wouldn't rip the awning if the awning was to low. If it is, it will slide into a hole in the outside top edge of the door and snap into place somehow.
Just thinking, no idea for sure.

The plastic piece is a wheel and the other end is a hex like an allen wrench. I thought it might be a crank for something just don't know what.

It looks like the actuator arm for a limit switch. Perhaps for a slide out.

Thanks, for all the suggestions. I sent a pic to the dealer, hopefully they have an answer.

Do you have the drop down bunk over the cockpit area? If so it may be a manual crank for it.

Thanks again. Rustynuts you are correct, according to the service manager at my dealership it is a manual crank for the overhead bunk.

Did they tell you how / where to use it?
I have one of those also... And a few months ago the dropdown bunk stopped working and I couldn't find any info online on how to manually retract it. Called the dealer and they said you couldn't manually retract??

Dealer said it is the crank to manually retract the overhead bunk, but they did not say how to use it. I did look at the Lippert web site and they have some videos showing something similar.

I have the same thing on our 2022 34G precept, I think Johnsat your on to something. It seems the dealers don't know much.
