Wheel cover removal tool?

Looks like I'm going to build one myself, I can't find one anywhere to buy. what name would I google for that tool? it's a 1.5" sheet metal socket with a bar across the bottom. it unscrews 2 lug nut looking caps that hold the wheel cover on, then the cross piece unscrews the stud that holds the 2 caps so you can access the the real lugnuts.

With the description in the post it sounds like Alcoa wheel covers on a motor home? - look in truck stops they common covers on big rigs and I think it's actual a 33mm socket if my memory's still good. Try this link Alcoa Wheels North America: Products: Product Technology: Accessories: Heavy Duty Trucks - Hug-A-Lugs

Video by Transwest call them 877-772-9995 ask for the cover wrench. The link I sent is basically the same but would need a screw driver through the holes as a handle. Most of those caps I have dealt with wouldn't need a handle, just a tight grip on the tool.

FYI, 1-1/8" socket for the 2 wheel cover holding nuts, the lugs are 7/8" socket. The lugs torque at 140 ft lbs with one drop of oil between the nut and it's washer, none on the threads.
