When and how to reseal?
I searched Seal, Sealant, caulk, caulking...
Some of the seals are dirty and I am not sure if they need to be resealed. I would prefer just to reseal everything. So do I just go over everything with some type of sealant or scape it down first or what?
It is an 08 but I dont think it was kept covered.

If you just see some minor cracking of the existing caulking, you can go over the cracks with more Dicor Lap Sealant.
If your caulking is cracked significantly and separating from the roof, work under it with a putty knife, remove 90% and re-caulk.
You won't get every last spec of old caulk off. 90% is good enough. Don't skimp on the caulk, it will self level and be fine.

I was able to get to her post as both logged in and as a guest...I have to log in to see the pics...but it worked...let me know if you have more problems...but I cant find an issue.

There are 2 types of caulking used on rvs- Self leveling caulk is used on flat horizontal surfaces- The other type is used on vertical surfaces as it stays where applied and does not "run" as does self leveling caulk- JMHO- DD
