when will 2022 models be available? can you get very good deal for 2021 models on dealer's lot right before 2022 models become available?

With the way sales are up during the pandemic, doubt that you will see any good deals.

They don't all hit at the same time. You may find a 2022 MH long before you see a 2022 PINNACLE or EAGLE and vice-versa due to how they are produced.

I would say ususally mid-late year ike you would normally see the car industry. But as others have said, with the RV industry the way it is, I don't foresee any deals in the near future, not even on used. The only exception would be if you find a deal who had both years on the lot, the 2021 would be cheaper chances are.

The word is they are done producing 2021 pinnacles or at least the 32rlts. I just ordered one and it makes me a little nervous at what they may change. Interior color, paint color, paint scheme ( full body paint ), front or rear cap. You know all of the important stuff. I also hear that the wait time with full body paint is approximately 16 weeks 2 weeks longer than without paint.

Be patient with the tag people,, if they are not use to handling it, when you go in to get a tag for your Class C and Vin shows it one year and Jayco list MN as another. Ours is a E450 2017 but 2018 Jayco. Tag office supervisor knew how to get the computer to accept it.

My dealer told me last week any new orders placed now will likely be built as 2022's. He is a small dealer selling only Jayco travel trailers and fifth wheels. Currently he has 1 fifth wheel and maybe 8 or 9 travel trailers in stock. He has maybe 10 or 12 ordered and has people putting deposits down before they arrive. Business is going well.

It is all brands here in California. When I talk price on existing units I am told if you don't buy it someone else will. That is why I ordered one. Our 2008 Bighorn is still hanging in there so no hurry.

When we took our Accolade to Jayco Factory Service there were quite a few units of every type that were sitting in lots about 95 percent complete but were waiting on backordered items to complete the units so they could be delivered. COVID has reeked havoc on parts manufacturing and delivery and then the big freeze in Texas hit the foam producers.

RVs aren't the only thing being hit hard. We were looking at an above ground pool last fall and we were told that nationwide there is a one year wait/backorder on stock. As it turns out that was a blessing for us because we are now getting the sticks and bricks ready for listing on the market.

Was watching Haylet RV's tour of the Jayco plant a couple weeks ago and they seemed to be building only one or two models all at once

Not shopping but was wondering if there is a data base available of new units sitting in dealer stock, no matter what manufacturer, for people shopping.

After much research, including reading a lot of material on this forum, I placed an order for a 2022 Entegra Odyssey 25R this month. This will be my first RV. There is no forecast delivery date - they are guesstimating 5-6 months.

Most dealers I spoke with were able to share what they knew about the changes and new options available in the 2022; however they only had 2021 pricing available. Everyone had a What's New feature list and some were able to get me photos of the new "Carbon" interior decor package that appear to be taken on the factory floor.

Dealer pricing varied wildly for options that are new to 2022. In the end, the dealer that I most wanted to work with was able to offer me a good price based on known 2021 pricing, along very a reasonable add for a 2022 option, 190W Solar which is now available on Odysseys. My cost is locked, so any increase will come out of their (probably still substantial) markup.

From what I have heard from 2 sources is that they are going to build the 2 possibly 3 most popular pinnacle models. I know the 32rlts is one of them and they will be building them in early August. The details on the rest of the models is a little sketchy.
