Where are the hot water tank bypasses located a 2014 jay swift 24rbs

I believe they are next to the bathroom sink but there are 3 valves in there I closed 2 of them but still can't get the water pump to suck the rv antifreeze out of the jug?

I have three valves. I shut off the inlet and outlet to the tank and open the middle (bypass) . You might try prime the pump through the inlet (suction) hose and make sure the line to the tank is closed.

You have to change position of all three valves.

Thanks everyone I missed the valve that needed to be open under the kitchen sink to the house that would be the suction for the rv antifreeze thanks everyone!
