Finally, our camping season is here. It was a long hot summer.
For our first trip of the season, we are going to Tishomingo State Park. We love fall, winter, and spring for camping down here, especially late fall and winter. After a freeze or two, the critters back off and so does the dewpoint!

No Eagles sighted this weekend, but stayed there while attending an antique motorcycle show in Burnet where my riding buddy won Best in Show award for his 1970 CB750 that he restored. Beautiful camp grounds with roomy wooded sites, full hookups, restaurant, cabins, pool, fishing dock and camp store.

Just got back from 10 days at the KOA campground at Natural bridge, VA. Wife likes looking at the leaves and patronizing the local wineries lol.

We’ve got a space heater inside, heated water hose, heat wrap in the wet bay, and a turkey in the smoker.
