We are at Kampfires Campground in Dummerston, VT this weekend. It is just north of Brattleboro. Nice place. Lot of pull through sites and sites are nice size. See a few other Jayco's around the campground.

Leaving for Rip Van Winkle in Saugerties, NY in a couple of hours. We went last year and had a great time. This trip, for the first ever, we are going with another family (my friend from kindergarten) that just got a camper. We should have sites next to each other. This is awesome because the kids and dog will have other kids and a dog to play with. Also, this is my 1st summer vacation in 12 years as we pick our time off based on seniority. Needless to say, I am extremely stoked about this trip. Going to be a great week.

Nehalem Bay State Park - Oregon coast for a weekday trip....
Saw tons of campers headed north on the way down and numerous traffic jams due to the mass exodus after the eclipse. Glad we were headed the other way....

Devils Den is a great state park and I tent camped there maybe twenty years ago Isn't there a cave there as well? I need to take the RV there sometime

We are at one of our favorite state campgrounds, Button Bay State Park in Vergennes, VT. Just finished setting up camp and brought the kids to the pool, they love the water slide. Looks like a great week weather wise. We are here until Sunday.
