Sad day.

Sad to say but it appears time to put our TT in the shed for the winter. Will repack wheel bearings, adjust brakes, check the roof, winterize, and fix a couple little things this week. We had a wonderful camping season and making plans for next year.

Going out for the last time before the trailer goes into storage for the winter. Got the trailer set up today and managed to pull a bone head move when I put the slide out. Didn’t check the cupboard door and managed to break it off! Should be an easy fix though. Going to see the color even though the weather isn’t supposed to be great. Would rather be camping than at work!

Also, it is very tight in here! So watch carefully. I went of the roadway (if you can call it that) and bent my driver side rear foot pad and it took off the snap pad.

Thanks for the intel. That place is on the short list for us.

Quartzsite, AZ. Flying RC planes during the day, star gazing at night. Still shorts and T-shirt weather....

Fort Stevens State Park - Oregon

One of our favorite spots to go camping - Fort Stevens State Park in the North West corner of Oregon. Full hookups, close to the beach with drive on access, close to Fort Stevens that protected the mouth of the Columbia river and just a short drive to Astoria, OR - Home of The Goonies house, the Astoria column and Bow Pickers fish & chips. We always have a good time out here!

You better check on the hook ups because many don’t have sewer. I’ve been there 12-13 times now in the last 7 years.
