We understand security reasons, but feel we are cautious and savey enough to be OK. We frequent the same local campgrounds and our house is not empty when we leave. To each his own I guess. I made a PVC post that I secure with tent pegs as shown in the picture.

X2 on the PVC lamp post. I anchored mine in a small flower pot filled with concrete. Light enough to move around easily but heavy enough to hold our sign in pretty gusty winds.

We use two Sheppard's hooks for ours, do not display it all the time, only at Rallys and special events.

Only has our 1st Name on our sign.

Not worried about security at our S&B home as we do not have one.

I detect a little paranoia setting in on this thread. I think you get typically the same info whenever you meet your CG neighbor(s) so why the big fuss over the signs? Hi, I'm Xxxx Xxxxx and we're from Xxxxxx.

We hang ours on the CG site number sign or on a branch on the closest tree. We also have a big " stick in the ground" sun flower , given to us by a four yr old grandson which has a spot to hang our sign. Larry
