Where do you store your shoes?

To say that my family loves our 26rks is an understatement! The only issue I have with it is finding a good place to store everyone's shoes. We don't allow shoes inside the trailer, so when you come in either door, shoes just end up piled in front of the door. Starting to drive us nuts! :-) So, I am wondering, what does everyone do with all of the shoes??? - and especially, any of you 26rks owners.

We have a large, clear tote bin that we keep our shoes and boots in. It rides just inside of the door but when we reach our destination we keep it outside under the trailer. The kids know to take their shoes off outside on the rv mat and put them in the bin before coming in. Ryan

We have a shoe tray that sits just inside the door under the entertainment center. All shoes that we are wearing go there when we come in the door. Extra shoes for hubby and I are stored at the foot of our bed betweeen bed and wall. I also have a shoe caddy hanging in my closet for flip flops and slippers to live in.

In our X23B hybrid, there is storage space above each of the bunk ends. We keep our shoes in these, we manage to keep several pairs in them.

Here's a pic showing what I mean

In our X23B, we put our shoes under the J-Sofa, after I removed the false panel.

Jagiven, that's a great idea. I'm going to have to look at ours.

We use the bottom for our shoes or just leave them outside under the step.

We have a plastic shoe tray just inside the main door it sets just inside between door and back of dinette any extra shoes we keep in rubermaid tub with locking lid and slide it under trailer. but with just the two of us its not to bad but we dont take shoes off every time we come in the trailer we just make sure we wipe our feet. when grandkids come thats a different story they take off there shoes if they remember 6 year old twin boys forget a LOT ! but they try.

As Old Blue just said, we don't take our shoes off every time we go in the camper. Only if raining or muddy outside. We keep rug wraps on each of the 4 steps, and a wiping rug inside the door, and use them. Not much dirt gets past all 5 rugs.
