Just got home from our local CG. A very nice CG & beach (Brookville Mounds, IN). I'm so thankful that I picked a shady site because it was HOT! I also booked same site for July 4th week.

Just got "back" from our Memorial Day camping "trip". To avoid all the traffic, we pretended that the house was not there, and we camped in our 5er right in our field. Had Mindi (dachshund) with us, along with daughter, son-in-law, and grandkids. We played games, watched movies and had our music, had a cookout, and even played corn holes. Had a ball, and didn't spend a dime on gas.
