Which tire size - 205/75R15 or 225/75R15?

I'm looking to upgrade my TT tires and wheels from 14" to 15" and am undecided on whether to get 205 or 225 (75R15's). In my case I have ample room for either size. I know the 225's are rated for a higher load capacity. Is there anything I should consider as to highway performance, tire flexing, heat, turn radius problems, etc?

look into 225/75/15 LT tires instead of ST, The LT's hold up much better.
