Who pulls the trailer?

How many of you change drivers when on a trip with your trailer? Sallie tows our trailer on a regular basis. She also towed our old 5er with a small flat trailer behind it.

Same here. She used to tow the popup with her Odyssey when we went on trips.

I had all I could do to talk her into pulling down the road slow (neighborhood road) and let me walk behind. New trailer and sounds. I wanted to know where they where all coming from.

Peggy won't tow the TT She is also intimidated by it. A couple of years ago We were at Jekyll Island,Ga. riding our bicycles when a car ran a stop sign. I reacted by hitting both the front and back brakes.Font locked up. Ended up with a separated Shoulder. I could not drive. Peggy won't do it. So she called our son to get her car and come down and tow the TT home. She drove me home in her car. Fast forward to today-----"SHE STILL WON'T PULL THE CAMPER"

My DW is intimidated by the size of my TV alone so there is no way she would ever tow. After 5 years of owning my 4WD2500 HD, I finally made her try it (in case of an emergency) and she did fine, but still did not have the 5er attached when she drove it. I doubt she would ever do it.

My DW does not like to drive in the first place. In 5 years she has driven the truck maybe 6 times. On our second trip she pulled the trailer from the campsite to the dump station. It was about 1.5 miles down a windy gravel road. She did great. But she has never pulled it to on the open road.

This looks like a good polling qustions.

My wife is also intimidated by the TV as well, she feels she can't see over the hood well enough to drive it. I am hoping over time I can convince her otherwise, but I am sure that is an overly optimistic view. Until then, i am the one who does all the driving with the trailer.

my girl can work her turbo mazda with a 6 speed manual pretty well.... and she drives gigantor all the time, she's even spelled me on a few trips to FL with the boat in tow, dragged around the tandem flat bed as well, but she balked with the camper!!!

she said it was just too big, and she couldn't see past the camper, so that one is all mine, apparently.
