The tires were only about 2 years old with not a lot of miles on them. The tread damaged the aluminum trim along the bottom of the trailer behind the wheel. We were about 15 minutes from the camp when we stopped to get gas and I did my usual walk around and noticed the damage. I never hear nor felt anything when it happened.

I replaced all three tires when we got home.

Newbie. Here. I noticed my trailer tires don’t have any balance weights. Should trailer tires be balanced to lower vinration of all the bits and pieces on and in my trailer ?

Some say yes. My tire supplier said they don't with trailer tires and mine aren't. Unless I have my wife ride in the trailer for a while I'll have no idea if they vibrate. I'm thinking I'll never know

You could always do the balance beads I suppose.

When I put on new tires, I had them balanced with stick on weights. The clamp on weights damage the anodize layer on the aluminum wheels and allow corrosion to start. The stick on weights work well and eliminate potential corrosion.
