We got a new 2020 Jayco 321rsts with the winegard 360 plus system. It does not work at all. We are currently sitting in a campground where we've come to for years. With the old batwing antenna we could pick up all the TV stations that were 20 miles away. With the winegard system we can't pick up any tv stations. Another camper came into the campground with a new rig with the winegard system and has the same problem. Contacted winegard support and all they said was yep that's the way it is. So what other solutions have people used on their RVs to get TV reception? New antenna or any other options? We are looking at this King omnidirectional on the go antenna. Has anybody else had experience with that? Thanks again as usual,
DL
We just brought our 2021 Pinnacle home last week and have the same system as yours and going through things I flip the tv's on to check them out and they were fuzzy so I started looking for the booster and found it in the left side beside the tv flipped it on and now I get great reception even in the garage. Check and see if it's turned off.

Before you go out and purchase a new antenna, make sure the booster is engaged as stated above. Follow the cable back from the TV to where it's screwed in to a wallplate and you should see a button. Push the button in and it should light up green, then check the TV reception.
That was first thing I checked. Power is on but no reception. Even hooked up a different cable. Same story. Bought an inside antennna and it picks up tv stations.
Is power getting to the Antenna? Might be something to track down if the light is on. Just disconnect the connector at the antenna and measure with a voltmeter.

That's a little ambiguous. Did you specifically turn on the power to the antenna booster, at the booster?
I mentioned this on another thread that covered the same problem. Additionally after all the years of fooling with an over-the-air antenna and using the questionable cable systems in RV parks I went with a DISH Tailgator. There are other systems but Sat is the way to go. It is just so much less dinking with boosters, crappy antennas, and poor reception. DISH has HD (Directv does not for on the road) and you can add a receiver to your home system programming for $7 and use that system in your RV.
I set the Tailgator on the ground pointed south, turn the TV on and have a picture in about 5 minutes.
