Winegard Antenna Jack

I'm in the process of moving my Winegard antenna jack because it's located behind a cabinet and you just can't access it where it's currently at. So I get the cabinets out and pull the plug out and it has 3 jacks on the back. The grey one on the left says antenna I get that one, the middle one says cable, and it runs into a factory harness and goes down by the water pump and doesn't go anywhere, then the third plug says 2nd TV or something of that nature. So is this essentially just a 3 way splitter counting the front plug? I assume the 12volt jumper plug just amps the line some how? What I'm also doing is running a new outside TV cable wire to be able to hookup a tv outside but also would like for the exterior TV cable input to be able to work like with campground cable. Is there a better switch or another way to fix this, not really sure I need the cigarette plug as my inverter can be hard wired. Thanks in advance

If it's the same as mine the cable jack runs to outside hook up for cable / satellite. When you press the button and the led lights you are getting signal from your antenna feed when the lights off your getting it from the cable feed. So it really a switch.

It also sends 12v to the antenna head on the coax to power the rf amp in the antenna head. If you bypass it you lose the ability to use the OTA antenna signal.
