Winter outside?

I live in northern Canada and we gat a lot of snow... Will my fifth wheel be ok outside all winter? Will snow and ice ruin the roof? Or ac and stuff? It sits out all year at the dealership with no damage... What do you guys think? Thanks in advance for your help!

Just winterize the water system and take care of your batteries. If you can’t plug it in, disconnect the batteries so they don’t get too low. Make sure it’s level so the rain runs off correctly. I add dehumidifiers and check everything regularly.

One other concern might be an accumulation of snow and ice over a winter when it never gets warm enough to melt significant amounts of it. Maybe someone in Canada or the Northern U.S. with experience with that sort of situation may chime in.

Like mentioned above...do all the common winterizing with water system and batteries. (I take my batteries out and store in garage).
Lots of years and lots of different RV's and no issues with snow/ice loads. Make sure the roof and Dicor are in good shape, keep slides closed and you will be ok.
Some put covers over AC, I never have but can't see it being a bad idea. I do cover the tires to keep sun off.
Just sucks to have to put the camper away for 6-7 month..oh well..the price we pay for living in Gods country
