I'm pretty sure everyone has handled money a lot "dirtier" than that and did not even know it! You never know where that money in your wallet has been. I'd take it!

I would use the 3 step approach. 1. I would take it and spend it as quick as possible. 2. Then I would wash my hands. 3. Last I would pray that I did not get that bill or another one like it.
