www.TellJayco.com survey

I have received a survey form from Jayco. It identifies me by name and the model of trailer I purchased and the dealer. It states that I can fill out the survey and mail it back or I can go online to www.TellJayco.com to complete the survey.

Problem: www.TellJayco.com does not exist.

With a little research I discovered that www.4survey.com is apparently the site Jayco contracted for this survey. Upon entering the site it requests a Survey ID. I typed in the Access Code that was provided on the printed Jayco survey form. It did present a Jayco form exactly like the printed one.

I did complete it online. Anyone else experience this?

That url does exist. It is a registered domain and is currently redirected to the 4survey site.

Strange. This is what I get for www.TellJayco.com:

Not Found

HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.

However, I did complete the survey on 4survey.com.

Just did the survey. Seems legit. It is through 4survey.com, but I'm sure it's all good...

Bringing this up again because I just received the survey form in the mail. I went online to complete and thought the one question that was really good asked; "Since taking delivery, has any Jayco dealership refused to service your unit?" Then it asks for the dealer name and address. There have been a lot of comments about purchasing RVs from one dealer and not getting service (or delayed service) from a non-purchasing dealer. It seems that Jayco is attempting to address this issue.

I got mine yesterday. I assumed I received it because I had just purchased my trailer . . . evidently not. Had my name, address & trailer correct, but wrong dealer. Went on line w/out any problems. Filled out the survey & corrected the dealer name under the comments/recommendations section. All seemed legit.

I got one and cannot wait to fill it in after this trip... I have so much to say about our dealer and their service department.

Apparently the survey is for new trailers. Ours is old, like 2011 and we didn't get one.
