A few years ago we entered Yellowstone though Gardiner then down to West Yellowstone on 89, and left though the Tetons. We had no problems with the road and we are a little longer than you are.

We did that same route last summer, hwy 89. You won’t have a problem, just keep your speed at or below the posted limit.
When you leave the park area (Mammoth Ranger Station) the road has a lot of sharp turns and I think the speed limit drops to 15-20 mph and it’s for a good reason.
We saw the large class A tour buses, 40 ft 5th wheelers so I think you’ll be fine. Once you get Gardiner, it’s an easy ride.

Regarding the trip to Glacier. If you’re driving hwy 93 (exit hwy 90 just west of Missoula) I recommend taking hwy 93 all the way to Glacier. The road splits at the southern end of Flat Head Lake, stay with hwy 93 and it takes you up on the west side of the lake, an easy drive. It might take longer, but it’s an easier drive.

The other option is the eastern side of the lake, hwy 35. To put it bluntly, that road sucks. No shoulders, no pull off areas and it’s a small 2 lane road.

Have fun!

We did that three years ago with our Class C (33 ft) towing our Jeep. You'll be fine.
