Zero Gravity Chairs - Recommendations?

My wife and I have been using the cheap, walmart folding chairs with tubular aluminum and plastic webbing for too long. They work ok for impromptu picnics and are super light, but I destroyed one of them a couple weekends ago, and we're upgrading to zero gravity chairs that will live with our camper.

Anyone have recommendations for me? Not looking for affiliate links or just random amazon stuff.. looking to spend up to 70 bucks a chair for 2.

I know a lot of you guys have these chairs, curious what you think about them overall and if you can recommend one that you are using now.

TIA,
Mark

If you have a Costco membership, I just purchased these from them on line. I can't give you a review yet, as they haven't arrived yet.

My wife banned me from costco since I always take the truck and fill the bed, but my membership is still active. Thank you for that. Added to my short list.

We just got two Coleman chairs- not zero g but mesh seats with bungie cord suspensions that are unbelievably comfortable. Got ours at Bass Pro but I'm sure they are available other places too.

Our local Gander Mountain had their nice gravity chairs on sale a week or two ago, maybe they still are. Think they were $75/each. We have been very happy with ours, very comfortable.

Don't get the cheap ones. Not as comfortable as the nicer ones.

I might pick one of those up for our daughter. I've never shopped directly on the coleman store before, they gave me a 15 bucks off if I buy it in the next hour.... might have to pull the trigger on at least 1.

Thanks for the suggestion, never would have looked there.

Bought two Cabellas chairs 4 years ago... only use when camping. They are OK quality, we have had to re-string the elastic laces on the edge, this time with Parachute cord that does not stretch easy. I would recommend them.

I spoke to soon...they were just delivered! I'll let you know what I think of them. Also, the ones from Costco are a 2-pack for $80.

Nice

I think I've narrowed it down to the costco chairs or the ones at Cabelas that are a lot more expensive, but they owe me 80 bucks on my rewards card. I'm interested in what you think about yours.

I probably do more budget damage at Cabelas than Costco, but I'd love an excuse to go to either store this weekend.

I just bought a set from Sportsman's Warehouse for $90/per (on sale). They are very comfortable and made for grown men like myself. This was actually the first one I have tried that I actually liked. I know it's not quite the price point you mentioned but it is well worth the extra cost (imo).

We have the Zero Gravity Chairs from COSTCO. Purchased them 2 years ago. They are GREAT!!! I would recommend them to everyone. Only problem is ... I keep falling asleep while trying to read a book. 6'2" and I fit on it!

They sure look nice. I don't mind spending more for quality. The ones I'm looking at on the Cabelas website weigh the same and if they weren't on sale cost the same. Really appreciate all the feedback, and I do believe I have a sportsmans wareshouse (and Bass pro, and Gander Mtn) nearby as well. Probably the only benefit of living in the city.

I'm 6'3 in the morning, 6'2.5 in the evenings. The rest of my family are scrawny midgets. (they are never on here so I won't get killed after saying that).

We bought ours at Sams Club last year. They are very comfortable and are rated for, I believe, 300 lbs, IIRC they were $69.00 each

DW is vertically challenged at 5'4" and she does not get on this site. The only time I realize that I am 6'2" is when my forehead comes in contact with some low hanging items (like every day).... OUCH!

I bought two of these a couple years ago. They're great for just sitting back and relaxing, especially at night when I lay all the way back to look at the stars. I bought them about four months apart. I think the first one was about $5 less than the second.

LaFuma. They are costly. We have had the two close to 10 years Have had the cords redone probally 3 times. Costly but worth every penny.

I don't remember if I saw them at Costco or Sam's (we have both memberships) but I remember seeing a zero gravity chair or clone that had a small table that would fold up and slide under it. Nothing big but maybe 10"x12" and a cup holder. I thought that would be nice.

I am 6'4" so I always have fitment issues with chairs as well.
