195rb

to help stabilizer & level my 195rb, can I use a jack on the bumper or where you you suggest?

First off - welcome to the forum. For leveling side to side I would use something like this:

RV Leveling Blocks, 10 pack - North Canton Plastics RKCW819010 - Chocks & Levelers - Camping World

The standard 195RB only has stabilizers on the rear and I'm assuming that is the model you have. You might want to consider something like this to assist with stabilizing the front.:

Aluminum Stack Jacks, set of 4 - Camco 44560 - Stabilizing Jacks - Camping World

Even if you are still hitched up to the TV without additional support there is still a bit of bounce when moving around inside.
