2013 Jay Flight 26BH

Hello from Central Western Wisconsin which happens to be where we are currently. We were introduced to Jayco Travel Trailers at a dealer in California in July. He sold us on Jayco quality and I was impressed with their two year warranty. The dealer also mentioned the roof was warrantied for ten years. We decided on the 26BH and started shopping. Unfortunately it seemed every sale priced new 26BH had just been sold. A dealer in Iowa made us an offer on a returned 26BH that had been used only once. The price was pretty good, so we picked it up on August 2nd. We have had the TT in constant use since. It was a bit difficult getting use to maneuvering around gas stations and parking lots, but I'm getting better. My biggest disappointment is that the "famous" Jayco Warranty is not transferable. That kind of attitude surprised me from a company that seems to be based on quality and customer satisfaction. Anyway, we do enjoy our Jayco and look forward to more adventures in same.

Welcome to JOF Kuzbro....glad you're enjoying the new 26BH.

In general, I think you'll find most warranties must be registered and are not transferable. In addition (as reminder to all), modifications to the equipment can result in denied claims.....(industry standard practice).
