2014 Whitehawk 28DSBH

Picked up our brand new right off the line 2014 from RV Connection in Middlebury today. Everything from start to finish was a good experience with this company. We were especially pleased with our walk-thru portion that was done by their service tech Jerry. We are seasoned campers but Jerry went above and beyond explaining things and giving us some new ideas on how to do things. We would definitely recommend dealing with RV Connection. Also while in Middlebury do the Jayco factory tour. The visitor center for Jayco is right down the road two miles and the tour is free.

We purchased our 28DSBH this last October and we can't pick it up until this spring. Has anyone with a 28DSBH switched their lightbulbs to the LED bulbs? If so, which bulbs did you go with, my wife isn't fond of the bright blue lights. Thank you for any pointers.

I have switched out all the outside lights and currently working on the inside. I have ordered some that I like and some that I don't. I will try and put a list together on what I liked. We tried to keep the color original as we also don't like the brightness many LED's put off.

Another JOF member tried THESE and said they worked very well. It's on my list of things to do in the spring when I get the 284BHS out of storage.

Despite the designation as "neutral white" these will likely appear somewhat bluer than regular bulbs.

I have bought 3 or 4 different sets and have yet to be completely satisfied with any of them. I've learned to look for "warm white"; somewhere in the temperature range of 2500-3000K. But they're harder to find and often a bit more expensive. Ebay and Amazon have tons of lower cost options to wade through.
