A Little Late Taking the Plunge

Unlike another recent member to the forum that mentioned he is graduating from college, my wife and I are are nearing the other end of the spectum ...retirement.

We've learned a lot in reading forum post and it appears this place is a tremendous resource for us newbies to the RV world. We don't own yet but seriously in the research stage and planning to rent an a class C RV for a short trip four day trip in September.

Thanks folks!

I'm the obsessive type so I've been reading everything I can find, visited to RV dealers on Saturday and planning to attend the show in Hersey, PA in September. Hopefully the collective wisdom of the experienced forum members will help me make good decisions and avoid the most costly mistakes.

LOL, yup, you give folks a chance to spend your money for you, they will be happy campers!

Welcome to the Jayco Owners Forum. DH is fully retired, but I'm sorta more semi-retired. Have fun with your rv rental. Let us know how it influences your decisions with shopping for a new rv! Happy shopping and let us know what you finally get

Welcome! We rented a Class C before we purchased. Best thing we even did. You really get the feel for the different floor plans when actually traveling in an RV. You also get to see if you like the life style. We enjoy traveling with our 2 fur kids Hansel and Gretel (Dachshunds).

2Edge, welcome and you are doing it the right way. To many people didn't do their homework and bought something that they were not happy with. I am sure people here will be more than happy to help in any way they can. Ernie
