I would say if you have hot water at all the other faucets in the trailer, just no hot water and/or pressure in the shower, I'd say you have an issue with the shower faucet itself.

Welcome to the Forum from Western New York State!

Just a shot in the dark, but do you have cold water from both shower handles? I'm wondering if the lines are backwards.

Yep you may have more than one issue. All RVs are designed to have hot water at all faucets when operating by the RVs pump. If you have hot water then your water heater is working. I have the tankless water heater (Do you?) and at times I will have to supplement pressure by turning on the freshwater pump to have enough pressure, and hot water at the shower. Do you have a mixing type valve at the shower faucet, or dual control? Does your shower head have a valve? (re-push the button to ensure your all the way on). Does your shower have good flow when on the pump? Maybe a new shower head is in the future. Good Luck and keep trying...
