Another noob...

You got another noob...

I've owned a motorhome before which was a 1976 Dodge Jamboree but I traded it in on a Jayco 29'

Since its middle of winter here in Idaho it gives me plenty of time to look over my new TT and makes sure there is no surprises for this coming spring. So far fix a bunch of different problems on mine and I'll share with all you...

The truck or the Trailer??? (LOL Smiley)

The truck is well modified and produces a total of 381 Horsepower and 831 Foot pounds of torque... Out here in Idaho its know to be the "Cummins Skidder" because I do all the log dragging for everyone...

As for the trailer I'm very please with it so far there been a few thing to fix up on it but so far it like new on the inside...

Welcome to the forum Mopar!
Can I ask you where you live in Idaho? You do not have to be specific. Just tell let me know if you are in the area of Lewiston or many miles away.
I have some friends in Lewiston. I was planning a trip out there June/July 2011 and wanted a few pointers from other people about what to see and where to go.
My friend (Fred) is a retired State Patrol and knows Idaho very well and has told me he would take us to places most visitors/tourists would never know about or see.
One of his suggestions is Lulu Springs (I think that's right). I guess the road from there down to Lewiston is very steep & long and requires a very experienced driver if they are towing.

I'm more than happy to help out on that... I'm in the middle of nowhere Idaho... Which translates to 20 miles north of New Meadows, ID and 15 miles south of Riggins, ID on US Hwy 95.

I'm roughly 125 miles south of Lewiston, ID and about 180 miles north of Boise (by the way of Hwy 95)

Could you verify the location for me I've got a clue of what your talking about but want to be sure of the location.

As for US95 and the grades and well taking care of. Not to bad for towing a 5th or TT around here on US95... But if you talking about heading up towards Lolo Pass going into MT. Well that is a long ride. But once again verify your locations and I'll give you more information...

Welcome to the site Mopar1973Man.

I like your screen name. Reminds me of electronic ignition and ThermoQuad carbs that showed up on Mopars in 1973!

One of the best Dodge NASCAR bodies (73-74) Dodge Charger. Don't take my word for it, ask King Richard or Buddy Arrington #67!
