Brand New RVer, Picking up my Jayco tomorrow!

Hey Guys,

I just wanted to stop by and say hello! I just purchased a 2015 Jay Flight 23MBH on Thursday, and I take delivery tomorrow. I'm very excited!

We have been borrowing a friend's Jay Flight 19BH for a few months, and we've been wanting our own for quite some time, and I found a deal I couldn't pass up!

Towability for my truck (GVW under 7500 lbs) was first on the list of importance, a queen bed up front and bunks was second, and living space was third. This trailer accomplishes all three pretty well. We're pretty stoked about the murphy bed.

Here are some photos, we found exactly what we wanted, and it's basically brand new, so it worked out. The only thing I can tell that is going to be an issue up front is the lack of exterior storage. Oh well, I knew that having a murphy bed was going to limit storage. We'll figure it out!

Congrats! Nice looking rig. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
The shopping never really ends. Been doin this for 11 years and my friends say that I have everything. Well while we were waiting for delivery of our new 321 I managed to buy $1100 worth of stuff that I really " needed" for the new rig.
It just takes me longer to break camp and pack up now.......
Boys and our toys!
The DW told me that I needed a hobby

Those pics look like they were taken right next to mine lol. Congrats on the new rig, it looks really nice.

You'll find that Camco makes just about *everything* RV related you could ever want. Get your water, sewer, chalks, blocks and basic home making stuff squared away, and you'll learn pretty fast what you need to get next. We take a notebook with us on every trip and the moment we say 'wish we had brought that!' it goes on the list. It is never ending... but in a good way.

Hmmm. This could lead us to a new and expensive thread...
Call it "What did you buy that looked like a good idea at the time?"
