Cargo weight question

Hello everyone, I have a 2016 Toyota Tacoma Tro 4x4 Sport. I'm towing a 2018 Jayflight 212qb(4200lbs dry). I'm within the towing capacity(6400lbs). After reading a previous thread about the cargo capacity in the truck, I'm worried I'm carrying too much weight. For the tires that the truck came with (P265/65R17), the door sticker says fill tires to 29psi and max capacity of 950lbs. The tires say they can be filled to 44psi, capacity 2337lbs.

So two hefty adults, approximately 400lbs, topper 190lbs(going by Mr. Google),
tongue weight 445lbs, 2 30lb propane tanks, full tank of truck fuel 130lbs, extra gear and dog 65lbs for a total of approximately 1300lbs if I'm counting all that. Will filling the back tires to max psi help(as suggested by a friend), or do I need to sell the topper and get a tonneau cover which still won't bring it down to 950lbs.

I realize I should have L/T tires. Would that help too?

Needless to say, I'm confused.

If the sticker on the door pillar says 950 lbs, then that's all you are allowed regardless of tire upgrades to stay within the manufacturer specs. But I would air them up to the max 44lbs when towing. LT tires may be better but still will not raise payload.
